SOUNDBITES – Monthly Poetry Open Mic Event on Zoom

We present a published guest poet each month – and this month it’s TERRY SIMPSON – his first collection of poetry The Magpie’s Box was published by Yaffle Press in 2018. Two of his plays A Quiet Night on Roundhay Wing, and An Untimely Death on Passchendaele Ward have been filmed for use by the Open University. He is the editor of ‘Doorways in the Night – a collection of personal accounts of recovery, and co-edited And The World Had Really Changed – an anthology of verse by mental health system survivors, and also The Mind Machine, a collection of short stories.

A link to the sign up form to join the Zoom session will be posted here nearer the date.

Signing up includes your agreement to use your email address to send you the Zoom link and to keep you informed of any Soundbites related information.
We would not make any other use of it or pass it on to anyone else.
No recording would be published without the consent of the participants.

Everyone welcome.

This is a great way to keep sharing poetry and to keep Soundbites in peoples’ minds.
It will also help us to be ready to start again when the time is right.

This cannot happen without you so please support us!

Thanks and good wishes from the Soundbites Team
Cate, Barbara, Jackie, Myrna and Howard.
