West Coast meets West Yorkshire
This is the 5th Music for the Head and Heart showcase where we are pleased to host a special intimate musical evening from music lovers for music lovers. Expect an evening of sublime, engaging and entertaining music from these experienced performers
Featured artists are Towse from California USA, Harry Orme and Nick Cody & The Heartache from Yorkshire.
All artists are seasoned songwriters playing original material as well as collaborating on the night in the Music for Head and Heart tradition.
Nick Cody is a Leeds based artist known for fronting several musical ensembles who have played both in the UK and at overseas festivals. His current ensemble Nick Cody & The Heartache will showcase material from the latest album “All is fine ‘til the world goes pop” which features Towse. Expect music to engage the brain and make you tap your feet.
Harry Orme, is a performer, composer and educator based in Leeds.
As a singer-songwriter, he has toured across the UK and Europe and have opened for many great favourite artists (including Big Thief, Scott Matthews, Tiny Ruins, Sara Watkins, Ciaran Lavery and Emily Portman).
Towse from USA Towse is a musical project from Singer-songwriter Grace Fellows. Grace grew up in Southern California where she was home schooled and spent her childhood immersed in the arts. She went to Ventura college and then Cal Arts to study music. She is now living in London studying an MA for Pop Music at BIMM
