Morning Moves with Mel
Reconnect with others for a mixed movement class suitable for all levels to gently energise, build strength and improve wellbeing. The class will be held in a large ventilated space where you can maintain a safe and comfortable distance whilst enjoying being with others in a group.
Led by yoga teacher Mel, it will include blended movement and practices aimed at relieving stress, improving immune health and boosting vitality.
