A Vinyasa based class exploring dynamic movement, targeting all areas of the body. Increasing strength, stamina and flexibility. Connecting breath and movement.

Each class will complete with Savasana (relaxation) to allow all that you have experienced in the session to resonate in both your mind and body as you find that quiet space of peace and tranquillity.

What to bring / wear – Yoga mat (I have spare mats to lend if you don’t have your own, please call /  text). Wear something comfortable that allows you free movement such as T shirt and leggings. A blanket / shawl (optional) for Savasana. Bottle of water. An open mind and heart.

Suitable for beginners – intermediate.

Cost is £8 per class or £7 per class if prepaid block booking of 4 classes.
