A great opportunity for local people to join a drama group in Leeds. Particularly welcome are younger people (15 – 26) and older people (age 50+) to create a play together. The participants will read real letters shared between old and young penpals and use them to create their very own short play. This is a chance to:
Hear amazing stories from older & young people
Read real letters shared between old and young
Help to create a brand new & unique play
Learn new drama skills
Have a lot of fun!
You don’t need any experience of doing drama before, they’re a very friendly group. They have many roles, such as acting, writing scenes or backstage help. Drinks are provided, it’s free to join.
Performance dates: 3 & 4th May 2019
