Dru Yoga combines traditional Hatha postures with flowing movement sequences, directed breath work and visualisation, to provide holistic healing to your entire being. These classes will leave you feeling stretched, strengthened, grounded and calm.
Suitable for those who are new to Dru or new/in-experienced in Yoga… or anyone seeking to re-connect to themselves. All sizes, shapes, levels of fitness and cynicism welcome!
No pretence, no judgement, just an hour of getting out of your mind, into your body and down with your soul. (Fancy leggings not mandatory, but do make your butt look awesome, regardless of size. Wise investment.)
Classes held every Monday evening, with the exception of Bank Holidays when the class will be held on the Tuesday instead.
