Charlotte’s classes take pride in offering moments to connect to the mind, body and breath. A perfect opportunity to connect inwards after a busy week, and to set youself up for a mindful weekend ahead.
These classes are tailored to suit all ages and abilities, with mindful and attentive variations offered throughout.
Whether this will be your first time on the mat or your hundredth, Charlotte welcomes all to join her in this safe space for mind and movement.
