New for 2020 – beginners Pilates classes on Tuesday evenings.This 6 week rolling course, which builds on strength, stamina and flexibility making it ideal for beginner progression, will work through the basics at a slow and steady pace. Ideal for anyone wising to work from the fundamentals up, to create a strong and supple physique. After combining mindful movement with the breath, each class will end in a period of relaxation to sooth both your workout and your mind.

- 6 week course starts Tuesday 14th Jan
- 45pm – 6.45pm
- Payment – £5 for the taster class paid in cash on the night. Then £30 paid in cash on the 14th Jan for the 6 weeks
- PLEASE NOTE – I am a student Pilates teacher with Future Fitness, qualifying in May 2020. I am a fully insured Dru yoga teacher with 2 years teaching experience, and insured to teach beginners Pilates
