Events and Promotion Coordinator (25 hours per week)
£17,500 – £18,500 per annum pro rata.
25 hours per week (weekend and evening work will be necessary)

HEART is looking for an enthusiastic and multi-skilled individual to join our team as Events and Promotion Co-ordinator.
You will be responsible for the management and coordination of events. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and promotion plans and keeping our website up to date.
This position will coordinate other projects – primarily, but not limited to, the promotion of Room Hire, Pulse and weddings and parties. You will work alongside other office staff and volunteers in building the HEART business and brand through successful marketing.
We are seeking someone who has excellent social media and IT ability; and with great customer service, communication and planning skills who has the ability to multi-task and adopt a hands-on approach. We need a team player who will thrive on the variety the role offers whilst remaining results focused.
