The workshop offers core transferable skills to deal with your nerves and perform at your best, whatever the situation. Explore tips, techniques and practical ideas that will stay by you so you continue to improve and enjoy performances.
The 2 hour session will include a mixture of practical group work, discussion and individual performance. Come as a performer and bring a short piece to work on individually: part of a poem, song, script, or presentation, or even a short paragraph of introduction about yourself. Or come as an observer, taking part in group work and discussion.

Eleanor Rastall is a freelance singer and teacher with over 10years experience, currently based in London. She holds an MMus (Distinction) in Vocal Performance from Trinity Laban. Recent performance highlights include Messiah and Mozart’s Requiem in Yorkshire; Euridice in Gluck’s Orfeo at the Musical Museum, Kew; and soloist for the London City Chorus in London and Edinburgh. Eleanor also works as Conductor and Workshop Facilitator for Music in Offices and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.
